LAVENDER harvesting was in full swing just prior to Christmas at the Port Arthur Lavender farm.

The family owned business overlooking the water at Long Bay was established in 2014 and now grows harvests and processes more than 16,000 lavender plants at its Port Arthur and Pawleena farms.

Brendan and Clare Dean were helped in the harvest by children Nick and Estelle among others.
