The $ 2-3 million holiday cabin, caravan park and café/restaurant development is planned on a 10-hectare site on the Carlton riverfront at 172 Primrose Sands Road, with an adjoining 18 hectares retained for agriculture use.

The developer, local businessman Roger Ball, said a planning report and designs had been submitted to the Sorell Council and has been approved, site works will commence immediately and construction planned to begin before the end of 2016.

    Well overdue!
We are looking forward to this development. Primrose Sands is truly a beautiful spot. The beach is amazing. We often see the dolphins playing in the bay and just recently some whales.
    The secret is out!
