The Future of Woodchopping – meet Rowan Oakley

With the 150th anniversary of the Woodchopping Carnival looming this Boxing Day, the celebrations have concentrated on looking at the history of the event and the lives of those over the years who have been active participants.  However it is equally important to recognize that this tradition is a significant part of our heritage and one that is hoped will continue long into the future.  With this in mind, our attention also turns to the young people who will be part of this future.
