Congratulations to Clare and Brendan Dean on the launch of their new distillery at Port Arthur Lavender, a wonderful new tourist attraction on the Tasman Peninsula. Port Arthur Lavender offers a diverse range of lavender based products, from chocolate to writing paper, as well as fine food and beverages, group tours and catering for functions.

They have also tapped into Tasmania’s emerging tourism markets with an innovative multilingual marketing strategy to attract international visitors.
